3a79e8b932 refactor(build): Add ciProjects attribute for CI builds
This attribute contains a list of all derivations that should be built
by the CI for this repository.

This includes all of my own packages that are not marked as broken, as
well as select third-party packages.

9bea3c9bcd Make input focus continue to work after EXWM exits
* exwm-input.el (exwm-input--exit): Set input focus 'revert-to' to
'PointerRoot' so that user can set input focus to X windows with
pointer after EXWM exits (and there's no other WM).

9c85f172e5 Skip global keys unavailable in X server
* exwm-input.el (exwm-input--grab-global-prefix-keys): Some global
keys might not be available in X server (perhaps due to
misconfiguration).

21a17b33f4 fix(build): Ensure launch script compatibility with other runtimes
Fixes two launch script compatibility issues with other container
runtimes (such as gvisor):

* don't fail if /tmp already exists
* don't fail if the environment becomes unset

0000b956bb feat(server): Log Nix output live during the builds
Instead of dumping all Nix output as one at the end of the build
process, stream it live as the lines come in.

This is a lot more useful for debugging stuff like where manifest
retrievals get stuck.

dd16166665 Describe what you see when you walk over items
Every step the character takes, describe the entities at that position
excluding the character.

4db3a68efe Add doors and an open command
Add a Door entity and an Open command, which necessitated supporting the
direction prompt. Currently nothing actually puts doors on the map,
which puts a slight damper on actually testing this out.

62a2e05ef2 Add items and inventory
Add a new "Item" entity, which pulls from the previously-existent
ItemType raw, and add a "PickUp" command which takes the (currently
*only*) item off the ground and puts it into the inventory.

2604341c2f Scroll the viewport around the character
Scroll the viewport so that the character is never less than 5 away from
the edge of the screen.

This was super easy, thanks Brick!

58fce2ec19 Progressively reveal the map to the player
As the character walks around the map, progressively reveal the entities
on the map to them, using an algorithm based on well known
circle-rasterizing and line-rasterizing algorithms to calculate lines of
sight that are potentially obscured by walls.

16d643dd3b Fix timestamp for debug logs
* exwm-core.el (exwm-debug-log-time-function): Moved to `exwm-debug'
group and set `xcb-debug:log-time-function' automatically.
(exwm-debug-log-uptime, exwm-debug-log-time): Reuse the definition
from XELB.

variables & function for the calculation of Emacs frame offsets, as
`frame-geometry' is not available in Emacs 24.
* exwm-floating.el (exwm-floating--set-floating)
(exwm-floating--do-moveresize):
* exwm-layout.el (exwm-layout--show):
* exwm-systemtray.el (exwm-systemtray--on-workspace-switch)
(exwm-systemtray--on-randr-refresh, exwm-systemtray--init): Use them.

* exwm-systemtray.el (exwm-systemtray--refresh-all): Renamed from
`exwm-systemtray--on-randr-refresh'.
(exwm-systemtray--init, exwm-systemtray--exit): Use it.

* exwm-floating.el (exwm-floating--stop-moveresize): Send a
ConfigureNotify event to floating frame to update its position (seems
required by Emacs 24).

Randomly select a position in the largest contiguous region of the
generated level in which to place the character at startup time.

(exwm-floating--init-border): Refactored out from
`exwm-floating--init'.

* exwm-workspace.el (exwm-workspace-minibuffer-position): Clarify
a restart is required.
