Florian Klink 0c031461c3 fix(tvix/nar-bridge): chunk blobs 
Instead of creating one big BlobChunk containing all data, and creating
way too large proto messages, chunk blobs up to a reasonable (1MiB)
chunk size, and send them to the server like that.

//tvix/nar-bridge

This exposes a HTTP Binary cache interface (GET/HEAD/PUT requests) for a tvix- store.

It can be used to configure a tvix-store as a substitutor for Nix, or to upload store paths from Nix via nix copy into a tvix-store.
