Vincent Ambo 28ec16e618 feat(tools/emacs): Add a function to graph unread emails per label 
This uses the built-in chart.el library to create a quick graph of the
number of unread emails in each notmuch tag. Some generic tags are
excluded from the overview.

tools/emacs

This sub-folder builds my Emacs configuration, supplying packages from Nix and configuration from this folder.

I use Emacs for many things (including as my desktop environment).
