Vincent Ambo 49bba33de1 chore(tazjin/emacs): remove all workspace related functionality 
This removes everything related to workspaces, as well as the current
RandR configuration, creating a (cleaner) slate for switching to tabs.

This was supposed to be committed earlier, but got broken by
clbot (see b/333).

tools/emacs

This sub-folder builds my Emacs configuration, supplying packages from Nix and configuration from this folder.

I use Emacs for many things (including as my desktop environment).
