Vincent Ambo 53008771ae fix(tazjin/emacs): pick new primary monitor when disabling current 
By default, this will be the (only) remaining monitor. In N>2
situations, ask the user.

tools/emacs

This sub-folder builds my Emacs configuration, supplying packages from Nix and configuration from this folder.

I use Emacs for many things (including as my desktop environment).
