Florian Klink 68896423b9 fix(ops/pipelines): drop snix trigger 
This was previously only used to fix the Tvix subtree pipeline, not the
depot pipeline.

Running it for refs/heads/canon in snix is gonna trigger a lot of
unnecessary builds.
