Florian Klink 6a04ba6bc5 fix(tvix/cli/derivation): fix populate_output_configuration ... The `if let` wasn't matching `outputHashAlgo` being unset, and didn't populate it in that case. Port the remaining commented-out testcases over to nix-lang based tests.
