Vincent Ambo 9372f57659 feat(tools/emacs): Configure org-journal 
Configures org-journal to store journal files on camden and encrypt
them to my GPG key.

Journal entries are weekly, with weeks starting Saturday (yes, there's
a reason for this).

tools/emacs

This sub-folder builds my Emacs configuration, supplying packages from Nix and configuration from this folder.

I use Emacs for many things (including as my desktop environment).
