William Carroll 979cbda33c Remove logging prefix from Nginx logs ... Problem: The JSON that Nginx outputs cannot be successfully parsed by journaldriver because Nginx prefixes it with "socrates nginx:". Adding `nohostname` to `access_log` should solve this problem.
