Vincent Ambo f3364b1516 fix(tazjin/emacs): comment out tdlibCheck while telega is broken 
telega.el currently throws errors related to some broken internal
logic about media codecs, which breaks this check in CI.

tools/emacs

This sub-folder builds my Emacs configuration, supplying packages from Nix and configuration from this folder.

I use Emacs for many things (including as my desktop environment).
