Vincent Ambo aec85fd6b5 chore(tazjin/emacs): Remove screen layout configs for Vauxhall 
That machine doesn't exist anymore. Some of them are partially
retained for use on tverskoy instead, but I've mostly nuked it.

tools/emacs

This sub-folder builds my Emacs configuration, supplying packages from Nix and configuration from this folder.

I use Emacs for many things (including as my desktop environment).
